Return and exchange policy

Right of withdrawal .

As stipulated in consumer law, you as a consumer and user can exercise your right of withdrawal within the period established by law and in accordance with the same as follows:

The consumer and user will have a period of fourteen working days to exercise the right of withdrawal, which will be counted from the receipt of the good that is the object of the contract.

We make use of art. 108 of the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, so that these consumers/users will have to bear the cost of returning their order, when making use of their right of withdrawal. 

For these purposes, the place of fulfilment shall be considered to be the place where the consumer and user has received their order.

We make use of the exception provided for in art. 103 paragraph c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, no withdrawal can be made in the case of articles made according to the specifications of the consumer / user or are clearly personalized.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer/user must contact our customer service by email ([email protected]) or telephone (+34 954 024 018). 

You must send us the product for its return, presenting the proof of purchase. The article must be returned in the same form in which it was received, i.e. with its original packaging, the documentation it contains, with all its accessories and without any type of damage. In case of failure to comply with the above, the amount to be paid to the Customer for the return of the product will be reduced by the corresponding amount.

The refund of the amount paid, shipping costs included, by the customer will take place through the same payment method used by the user, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. The refund will be effective within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, and Anches Sports as seller may withhold the refund until it has received the goods, or until the consumer and user has provided proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

If at the time of receiving your order you consider that there is any anomaly in it, you must let the courier know and state it in the delivery note, as well as you must contact us by phone at 954024018 - 675 470 785 or by email [email protected] within 24 hours.


Returns of defective products.

If the time for receiving your order considers that there is an anomaly in itself should let you know the messenger and include it on the delivery note , as you must contact us within 24 hours.
If you believe the product has a manufacturing defect , you should contact us immediately after delivery , within 24 hours.
You must provide proof of purchase, we will proceed to the collection of the product .
